TRIPADVISOR CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Booking.com users rated Ferra Hotel an average of “9.2”, garnering an overall ‘excellent’ score in one year’s time.
The Award of Excellence is given out by Booking.com to properties annually, in honour of their achievements over the past year as measured by their overall guest review score. To receive an award, partners of Booking.com must have an average review score of 8 or higher, based on at least 10 guest reviews as of 11:59pm on 31 December of the current year.
The awards are based around the five key areas of: great value, delicious breakfast, a warm welcome, friendly hosts and a feeling of home.
